About Gerger Construction
What began in 2016 as a side hustle, while Matt was teaching high school woodshop and Lily was practicing public defense law, morphed into a successful full-time business for co-owners (and now-husband & wife) Matt Gerger & Lily Snyder.
Our small local business specializes in building high-quality custom composite decks.
We’re also certified by the North American Deck & Railing Association (“NADRA”) to perform safety inspections to evaluate the structural integrity of your existing deck, which we offer for a flat fee of $250. We provide a detailed safety evaluation report including photos of the different components of your deck for your records (head over to our Contact Form to schedule your safety inspection today).
If you choose Gerger Construction you’ll work directly with Matt – a professional carpenter with over 15 years of experience – and one of our four crews.
We take a great deal of pride in our craft. Our focus is always on attention to detail, personalized & professional customer service, and quality over the quantity of decks built.
As a niche small business our pricing is not the cheapest, but we never settle for anything less than the best materials and craftsmanship – and neither should you.
Unfortunately we hear a lot of horror stories from customers about fly-by-night general contractors who offered “great pricing” and either took their money and never showed up or never completed the job and now they can’t get ahold of them… If you go with Gerger Construction you will never have to worry about that – we are local North Hills residents ourselves and we answer all emails and return all phone calls in a timely manner.
